“Very quiet, so close to our event. I woke up energised and not tired. Very recommended for people looking for a place to stay for a night. They have a microwave which is helpful. Bring enough food for dinner and breakfast as there are no eateries nearby.”

“Points for improvement: water pressure and smell. Nonetheless, this place is worth your money. Tahimik sa lugar (I think this is relatively new), malinis ang room, may parking slots in front of the house, utensils are provided and comfy naman yung bed. The staff is very easy to talk to also.”

“2 CCTV cameras in the kitchen. No dedicated place for food storage so food of different guests can get mixed. Thin walls (noise from other guests). No hot water in bathroom. The area is very nice, although the explanation of having security cameras inside the house was not very satisfying — they could be placed at the main entrance instead.”

“Stayed there, dumating kami ng around 11 am paid for early check-in but waited 30 mins pa bago nakapasok. Yung CR sa 2nd flr dalawang ipis na napalo ko. Yung boyfriend ko pa nakalinis sa CR nila kasi both na CR sa baba and 2nd flr mabaho. Sa room ok naman so far. Yung location naman not really recommended for commuters kasi ang mahal 200 pesos ang sinisingil sa amin from palengke dahil sa layo ng location.”

“Stayed here because I had work nearby and was only really looking for a place to sleep. I booked the cheapest option I could find, so I wasn't expecting much — but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was exceptional: the location, the cleanliness, and the amenities all worked perfectly. The aircon, microwave, water dispenser, and more were all very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here for almost a week, and we've booked many accommodations on Agoda all over Luzon since we run a business that requires us to travel to different places. I can say that Casa Dobos is exceptional. The staff are very accommodating, the rooms are clean, and even though the bathroom has no heater, it's totally fine. It's also very accessible to nearby stores and laundry shops. Highly recommended! For a total charge of just 600+ pesos for 20 hours, this is definitely a very good deal.”

“Stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience overall! The facility was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect — super convenient for everything we needed. The host was incredibly approachable and helpful, making us feel right at home. The only downside is there's no kitchen appliances for cooking your own meals, so we ended up eating out. “At first hindi lang kami aware na shared space pala siya. But it's okay, the price is cheap and the place is clean. Si ate literal na one call away. She's nice and friendly. Medyo malayo lang place sa kabihasnan but if may car naman kayo ay sulit na. May tindahan sa tapat which is very helpful.”

“For those that are looking for a cheaper option, this right here is 100% perfect. Place was clean and the host was very welcoming. Fast wifi and perfect for those that are working remotely. The place is about a 15 minute drive to the city but is still accessible if you want to have food delivered via food delivery apps. Will come back here again if I have business in the area.”

“Great place to stay in Lipa. Inside a newly built subdivision, new unit as well. Late check in, but they were still able to accommodate my stay. Staff is very accommodating and replies fast. Car parking is available. Electronic locks. Shared bathroom, but still, you have your own as there are two — one in the upper and lower floor. Wifi is strong. Fan rooms are cozy and well ventilated. About a 15min drive from Big Ben Lipa. Overall 5/5 experience!”

“If you are looking for a budget friendly stay, ito na yon. Affordable sya pero medyo malayo sa city proper pero kung may car kayo I guess walang problem and mag enjoy kayo.”

“We were lucky enough to be their very first guests. We got the place at a very affordable rate, but the customer service was way beyond what we paid for. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Medyo malayo siya sa main tourist spots, but the location was very convenient since it's close to malls and stores, and there's a convenience store right in front of the house. The area also felt safe since there were guards around. I was also working during our stay and their Wi-Fi was really fast. My only suggestion is to have a stove or rice cooker for guests who'll stay longer, but they have a microwave which was perfect for us since we only stayed for two nights. Overall, it was a great stay — sulit and highly recommended!”
