Casa Dobos (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates accommodation and laundry services in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines at dobos.casa. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

2. What Information We Collect

• Accommodation booking: Name, contact details, and stay dates when you book via Beds24 (processed directly by Beds24).
• Laundry service requests: Name, phone number or WhatsApp, pickup address, preferred time slot, and payment method.
• Contact form submissions: Name, email, phone number, and message content.
• Account registration: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Usage data: Standard server logs including IP address and pages visited (not linked to individuals).

3. How We Use Your Information

• ✓To process and coordinate laundry pickup and delivery requests.
• ✓To respond to contact form and general enquiries.
• ✓To send order status updates via WhatsApp or Telegram.
• ✓To track loyalty reward milestones for laundry customers.
• ✓To manage guest account registrations and order history.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• →Beds24 — to process accommodation bookings (governed by Beds24's own privacy policy).
• →GCash / payment processors — only when processing payments, solely for transaction purposes.
• →Regulatory bodies if required by Philippine law.

5. Data Retention

Laundry order records are retained for 1 year to support loyalty reward tracking and dispute resolution. Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months. Account data is retained until you request deletion. We do not retain payment card details — payments are processed directly by GCash or cash and not stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
