What if my laundry is more than 7kg?
We charge ₱170 per 7kg load. If your laundry exceeds 7kg, we'll weigh it and split it into loads accordingly. We'll let you know the final amount when we pick up.
How long does it take?
We aim to return your laundry within 24 hours of pickup, depending on availability. Message us to check current turnaround times.
How do I know when my order is ready?
You'll get updates via WhatsApp or Telegram at each stage — when we're on the way to collect, when your laundry is ready, and when we're heading to deliver.
When do I pay?
On delivery. We'll send a GCash payment link when we're heading over, or you can pay cash to our team. No upfront payment required.
What do loyalty discounts apply to?
Discounts are calculated on the base price of ₱170 per load, applied automatically when you reach a milestone. No codes needed — we track your washes.
What if I'm not in the service area?
We currently serve Brgy. Quezon, Brgy. Cumba, and Brgy. Sampaguita in Lipa City only. Message us if you're just outside — we may be able to accommodate nearby areas depending on schedule.
